About the Project

Mihenk Residence, where life started in Kağıthane Gürsel Neighborhood in 2016, raised the living standards in the district to the concept of residence as the cornerstone of housing projects.

Rising on a total area of 1700 square meters, Mihenk Residence has pioneered innovations in its region with the social areas it offers, albeit modestly, for those living in the 70 residences it hosts.
